State Route 299 - Oregon Mountain Summit, Trinity County

Oregon Mountain Summit, at an elevation of 2,779 feet, is a little over 90 miles east of Highway 101 and about 3 miles west of Weaverville. State Route 299, also known as Highway 299 and the Trinity Highway, is a mostly 2-lane highway that begins at Highway 101 on the California coast and wends its way inland.
